1) Purpose and basis of processing

Your personal data shall be processed: 

  • for the purpose of concluding and performing the agreement (legal basis under Article 6(1b) of GDPR);
  • for the purpose of fulfilling legal obligations imposed on the Controller, e.g. arising out of tax regulations, provisions of the Polish Civil Code, GDPR, among others for the purpose of meeting the disclosure obligation, issuing an invoice (legal basis under Article 6(1c) of GDPR);
  • for archiving (evidentiary) purposes to secure information in the case of a legal need to prove certain facts, based on legitimate interest of the Controller (legal basis under Article 6(1f) of GDPR), namely document archiving,
  • for the purpose of potential determining, seeking or defending claims, based on legitimate interest of the Controller (legal basis under Article 6(1f) of GDPR), namely protection of Controller's right to seek and defend claims,

2) Data recipients

Your personal data may be disclosed to entities whose services are used when processing, e.g. law firms, IT companies. The Controller shall also made your data available when it is necessary, considering its obligation.

3) Data transfer to Third Countries

Your data shall not be transferred outside the EU/European Economic Area.

4) Period of data processing

Your data:

  1. obtained for the purpose of concluding and performing the agreement shall be processed until the agreement has been performed,
  2. processed for the purpose of fulfilling a legal obligation - until the obligation has been met,
  3. processed based on legitimate interest - until fulfilment or your effective objection.

The above periods of personal data processing may be extended by the period necessary for asserting claims or defence of claims. Following that period, the data shall be deleted or anonymised.

5) Your rights:

Please be informed that you have a right to:

  1. access your data and receive a copy thereof,
  2. rectify (correct) your data,
  3. delete your data,
  4. restrict the processing of your data,
  5. object to the processing of your data,
  6. transfer your data,
  7. complain to a supervisory authority,

If you think that we process your data against the law, you may file a complaint to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

6) Information that your data is required/voluntary

In the scope in which the processing of your data aims at the conclusion and performance of an agreement, the provision of your data is a condition for the conclusion and performance of the agreement. The data is given voluntarily but it is necessary for the conclusion and performance of the agreement.

We may require that you give your data if this is necessary for the fulfilment of legal obligations imposed on us. Then, the data is mandatory.

7) Automated decision-making

Please be informed that we will not make any decisions concerning you in an automated manner, including through profiling.
